3. Candidate Terms

As a Candidate, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
  • You will notify us promptly of any changes to your circumstances or contact details.
  • Our services are provided free of charge to Candidates.
  • We may share your information with prospective employers only with your consent.

4. Client Terms

As a Client, you agree that:

  • A fee is payable upon successful placement of a Candidate.
  • Fees are as agreed in writing and are subject to our standard terms of business.
  • You will not directly engage any Candidate introduced by us without our consent.
  • A rebate period applies as specified in our terms of business.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Mars Legal and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mars Legal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
